Old negro dood sexes it up with a young girl and gets he self arrestacated

A Raleigh man was charged with three counts of statutory sexual offense and taking indecent liberties with a child.

Police arrested Ruben Skinner, 53, for allegedly engaging in sex acts with a 12-year-old girl. The alleged sex acts with the young girl happened last April, police said.
